August 18, 2015: The volume vs value debate, long-familiar to physical therapists (PTs) and physical therapist assistants (PTAs), is now getting wider exposure by way of a recent Wall Street Journal (WSJ), article on the “copious” use of ultrahigh therapy hours billed to Medicare by skilled nursing facilities (SNFs).
