We would like to encourage our members to be active for National PT Month by hosting a challenge throughout the month of October.
Your goal is to have 100 minutes of physical activity each week (to celebrate the Centennial!) starting Friday October 8. Activities can include any source of physical activity – walking, running, biking, hiking, shoveling snow, doing house chores, etc.
Please record your minutes of activity each day in the Google spreadsheet below. You can include the type of activity if you wish.
Prizes will be awarded to the participant with the MOST minutes of activity in October and also a randomly selected participant that completes the challenge!
