Fight for Therapy Cap Repeal Says a Lot About APTA Members—And It's All Good

April 17, 2015: Although APTA, its members, and supporters were left with a mixed bag when Congress passed legislation that ended the sustainable growth rate (SGR) but did not permanently repeal the Medicare outpatient therapy cap, the effort to make the cap repeal a reality resulted in one decidedly great outcome: a reminder of the energy, commitment, and solidarity of the physical therapy profession.
