BMJ Study Links Regular Physical Activity to Longer Life in Elderly Men

May 21, 2015: Older men have yet another incentive to be physically active—they can extend their lifespan. At least this was the case for elderly men in an observational study recently published in the British Medical Journal (BMJ) (free full-text download) that linked regular physical activity to a lower risk of death.
